How to delete your account?

We are sorry to hear about your decision to delete your account in the EcoStation app. Understanding and respecting the choices of our users is very important to us. Below you will find detailed instructions that will guide you through all the steps needed to delete your account in the EcoStation app. Please follow the instructions:

    Log in to the EcoStation app with the account you want to delete

  2. 2

    Go to the Settings tab

  3. 3

    Tap Delete account

  4. 4

    After confirming your decision, your account will be removed from the service

What happens to your data

We delete

  • Profile and login data
  • Saved vehicles and cards
  • Billing details
  • Session history in the app

We keep for the period required by law

  • Issued invoices and accounting documents
  • Data needed to handle complaints or claims
