How it works

Four steps to tidy costs

  1. 1

    We register the fleet

    Vehicles, drivers and RFID cards go into the system. Every card has an assigned payer.

  2. 2

    System configuration

    We set up user groups, price lists, limits and allowed locations – plus load management for the company car park.

  3. 3

    Charging authorisation

    The driver starts a session with an RFID card or in the app. The system checks the card’s permissions and allowed locations, and the session appears in the panel straight away.

  4. 4

    We settle once a month

    The consolidated invoice and report reach accounting with no manual work.
